Prepare for new NDS Players

The Nds Yugioh 2008 world championships will be held this year also, and the Qualifiers will get the nds Dp(much sort after). This dp will allow for players to get all current cards excluding only a hand full of cards such as your millage cards, duel pass only and YOC winners and top 4 cards will be excluded
